Simon Procopenko
Co Founder
Simon Procopenko, 49, is a native of San Francisco
and the proud father of 3 children. His 27-year old
son graduated at the top of his class at UC Irvine,
passed his bar exam in California and is now a
practicing attorney in his home state. His 22 year
old daughter graduated from Long Beach State and is
now in her first year of a Masters Program in
English literature. His 12 year old daughter is
currently enjoying her pre-collegiate years. Married
for 27 wonderful years, Simon along with his family
recently had to deal with the loss of Mrs.
Procopenko to a hard-fought battle with cancer.
Before assuming his current role as CEO at NanoTech
Fuel, Inc., Mr. Procopenko had other successful
business ventures. In 1977, he began in the lumber
business and transformed a small retail operation
into a $20 million per year company that included a
full service contractor yard and Home Center. During
that time, he utilized his extraordinary
entrepreneurial skills to purchase and develop 12
million dollars worth of residential and commercial
property in Northern California.
Selling his business in 1995, Mr. Procopenko became
a consultant to the lumber industry. He served in
both the retail market and in the manufacturing of
raw materials from timber land to the final
production of finished material. He also served as a
consultant to Home Centers, creating new and
increased sales through product diversity and his
knowledge of the marketplace. In 1996, Simon began a
wholesale distribution business of lumber and
building materials which mainly served California,
while still accommodating several other areas within
the United States. This business, S&C Wholesale
Lumber, is operating today supporting high end
commercial clients and is a green company with
Forest Stewardship Council (F. S. C.) certification.
From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Procopenko's networking
experience was gleaned while working as a
representative in Nu Skin International, a 1.4
billion dollar debt free company. As an Executive
Distributor, he built an organization throughout the
US and Pacific Rim, working directly with some of
the top money earning distributors within that
company. He began with 4E Company in early 2007 with
their fuel additive product and built an
organization that grew to several thousand
distributors. Because of this experience, Simon
began searching the industry for THE product that
would accomplish the goal of decreasing emissions
while creating measurable fuel savings.

His vision for starting the NanoTech Fuel Company
was to take the existing concept of 4E Corporation
and to build on it through proven science and a well
trained distributor force.

Mr. Reuben Borg
President
Mr. Reuben Borg, President of NanoTech Fuel Inc., is
the proud father of three children, all of which he
adores. He earned a bachelor degree in business
Administration in 1989 with an emphasis in
Marketing. He climbed the corporate ladder earning
the position of Western Regional Category Management
Director for Nabisco Biscuit Co. He planned and
strategically implemented the launch of the
Snackwell product line, which was an extremely
successful healthy snack alternative product that
catapulted itself to 31% of total biscuit sales
within three short months. He was awarded with an
offer to join the upper management team, however,
this required the need to relocate his young family,
which he held first and foremost, and caused him to
respectfully decline the offer.
Mr. Borg formulated the idea for a construction
company in 1997. His concept consisted of building
and installing the highest quality, value oriented
redwood fences, decks, arbors, and retaining walls
that the market had ever seen. Positioning his
company with a white-collar attitude in the
blue-collar arena, he has captured 55% of the market
share in Northern California. He has proudly
developed Borg Redwood Fences as the beacon of
comparison in the industry, a name synonymous with
quality and integrity. He now employs approximately
250 individuals across four locations running nearly
50 crews per day. Borg Redwood Fences is known for
unmatched quality at reasonable prices with
unexpected levels of sophisticated, consistent
customer service.
In 2004, Mr. Borg built a 20,000 square foot, Leed
Certified, building in Pleasanton, California. He
continually pursued keeping the environment first
during the decision process of the project. This is
a commitment he operates by on a daily basis with
his business. These conscious decisions have earned
him awards from the Small Business Administration
(SBA) and state and local governments.
Some achievements include the deployment of solar
panels on the roof of his facility which
incorporates a 100KW photovoltaic (solar power)
system that sustains the entire building including
nine electric powered forklifts. Excess electricity
is given back to the grid. He
recycles all usable wood, previously considered
waste, and produces wood chips that are colored and
used in landscaping applications. Other recycled
lumber is manufactured into lattice panels. He
recently created an onsite Bio-diesel Production
plant that converts waste vegetable oil into
environmentally responsible fuel, completely
powering 30 midsized diesel trucks. This project
reduces approximately 7,000 gallons of diesel
purchased each month at his Pleasanton facility.
He uses his "green" viable and profitable business
model to educate other business owners how being
green is not a nuisance but a profit center and the
responsible thing to do.
Mr. Borg has proudly chosen to represent NanoTech
Fuel Inc. and feels that the flagship product,
eeFuel®,
has the capability of capturing the international
market. The product is positioned in front of the
two largest global trends, concern over the
environment and the rising cost of fuel.
With his proven devotion to ethics and integrity,
Mr. Borg feels that through his education, corporate
and entrepreneurial experience, and his esteemed
partners that he will be serving the entire
organization as an integral part in launching and
leading the management of NanoTech Fuel.
Dan Atkinson
National Sales Director
Dan Atkinson, National Sales Director of NanoTech
Fuel Inc., is 44 years old and a businessman who has
enjoyed the privilege of being married to his wife
Lisa for 25 years. Like the rest of the Executive
team, he is a devoted family man and is the proud
father of three daughters who have blessed him with
two granddaughters.
For the last 15 years, Dan has made his mark in the
sales and marketing arena. In less than three years,
Dan became one of the largest importers of reptiles
in the United States. Private breeders everywhere
looked to him to provide them with rare breeding
stock. After the disaster of 9/11, the importation
of animals into the U.S. was halted for nearly a
year.
Dan quickly turned his focus toward the Network
Marketing arena and over the past eight years, has
built two organizations that include over 100,000
members. He is an accomplished speaker, as well as a
mentor, to many in the Network marketing industry.
Seeing an opportunity for many of his previous and
future team members, he focused his attention on the
fuel additive industry for the last three years. By
doing so, he developed an “insiders” view of this
blossoming industry and through analysis, now firmly
believes that Fuel additives are the next primary
trend in Network Sales and Marketing.
As the CEO and Founder of ForEarth, Dan built a team
of successful marketers, and in less than eighteen
months the company's net sales were twelve Million
dollars. The company secured the sponsorship of two
IRL Pro Series racing teams to utilize motor sports
to gain product exposure.
In February 2008, Dan and his hand selected
management team found what they believe to be the
true X factor that so many people have been
desperately seeking in today’s marketplace. They all
agree that eeFuel®
is the best liquid fuel additive available today and
in the future, and they have secured the exclusive
rights to this product and are now in full swing to
launch this to the Network Marketing arena.
Currently, thousands of distributors around the
world have been massing together to be a part of
