they originally joined, in which they will receive

IMPORTANT: AS AN ADDED BONUS ... Every IBO who purchases a Leader Pack as their initial starting order will automatically qualify for the 50% level from 1st levels of the Wealth Building Check Match Bonus during their 1st 60 days, beginning on the day they purchased their Leader Pack and ending on the 60th day of their membership.
UPGRADES
Every IBO who purchases an initial Membership Pack
will have the option to upgrade to a higher level
pack (ex: Personal to Business or Leader Pack etc.)
within 60 days of enrolling. If they upgrade, the
new IBO will need to pay the full price of the
Membership Pack they upgrade to and NOT the
difference between the original Pack and the new
upgrade Pack. All FastStart Bonuses will be paid on
this upgrade Membership Pack and the CV will be as
if it were an initial Membership Pack purchase.
1. RETAIL PROFITS
Distributors can buy products at wholesale and
retail them for 35%
profit.
They can make the same profit from purchases made by
Customers at their website. The CV will be applied
to your monthly PSV (Personal Sales Volume)
requirement.

2. ELITE CUSTOMER COMMISSIONS
(Customers who purchase products from your website)
All active
distributors are paid a full 25% commission on all
orders placed by their personally enrolled Elite
Customers (limit 10 bottles of
eeFuel® per month).
CV on each bottle purchased is 8.5 which will count
towards your monthly PSV (Personal Sales Volume)
requirement.
Elite
Customers can sign up for free but they will
not receive a Distributor Business Center.
They receive the product directly from the
company and benefit from wholesale prices ($19.99
per bottle) as long as
they subscribe to our Elite Customer auto ship
program of at least 1 bottle per month.
3. FASTSTART BONUS
(FSB)
AND MENTORING BONUS
(MB)
FastStart and Mentoring Bonuses are designed to
immediately reward initial product sales
and motivate a supportive team effort and leadership
development.
All IBOs can earn the Fast Start Bonus (FSB) without
being Active (minimum of 50 PSV -Personal Sales
Volume for the month)
To qualify for these Mentoring
Bonuses (MB) an IBO needs to be Active with a minimum of
50 PSV (Personal Sales Volume), autoship is always
encouraged. The Mentoring Bonus is paid based on
sponsorship lineage.
The
1st upline MB is always paid to the first upline Silver
or higher,
2nd upline MB is always paid to Gold or higher, and
3rd upline MB is always paid to Platinum or higher. Mentoring Bonus is paid in real time based on achieved "paid as" rank at the end of each calendar month.
e.g. achieve "paid as" Gold status in July and get paid MB as Gold in July.

NEW PRODUCER POOL
(share in 2% of the Company’s Global Commission
Volume )
2% of Global
Commission Volume (GSV) every month is put into a
NEW PRODUCER POOL and shared, based on earned
shares, with new producers who accomplish one or
more "Pace-Setter Cycles" within a calendar month.
The New
Producer Pool is available to ALL qualified IBOs who
have earned less than $5,000 per month (total
income) during their previous month. This is not
only for new IBOs, anytime an IBO’s total monthly
income falls below this level, they are eligible for
participation in the Pool.

If all 6 IBOs enrolled with a -
Personal Pack - you qualify for 1 share
Business Pack - you qualify for 2 shares
Leader Pack - you qualify for 3 shares
|
When the 6 IBOs enroll with an
assortment of Membership Packs, the shares
are based on the
smallest Membership Pack in the group.
|
You can have
multiple Pacesetter Cycles building during the same
month
earning you additional shares, a Pacesetter Cycle must be completed within
the calendar month before you can receive any shares
from it.
Remember
that if you encourage your new IBO to purchase a
Leader Pack, then they receive greater value by
saving more and you can qualify for significantly
more shares in the NEW PRODUCER POOL.
It is
important to encourage package purchase duplication
& autoship so you can receive the highest qualified
amount of shares.
5. TEAM ROYALTY BONUS
(Binary Pay)
This is a two-team building strategy. It is one of
the most powerful business-building strategies
because of the synergistic team-building leverage
and cooperative effort created between distributors.
This gives beginners a "real chance" at significant
success while allowing experienced professionals the
opportunity to earn extraordinary income as they
help others achieve success.
Active and Qualified IBOs will receive 10% of the CV
of the leg which has the lesser volume, this is the
"Power Leg". If the Power Leg CV was 5,000 then the
Team Royalty Commission for the month would be 10%
of 5000 = $500. The leg with the larger amount of CV
is named "Strong Leg".

Income Potential
With up to 250,000CV banked in a month - $25k
earnings potential per month for any IBO with a maximum of
$6,250 per week.
With up to 250,000CV banked in a month - $100,000k
earnings potential per month for any Diamond
Executive and above with a maximum of $25k per week.
IMPORTANT: to "bank" CV the IBO needs to be Active
(defined as 50 PSV, autoship encouraged AND be
Qualified (defined as personally sponsor one IBO on
the left leg (L) & one on the right leg (R), both
Active)
6. WEALTH BUILDING CHECK MATCH
(7 levels unlimited width)
The Fuel Legacy Compensation Plan pays a 20-50%
Wealth Building Check Match on the Team Royalty
Bonus (Binary Pay) of anyone you have personally
sponsored. You also receive a Wealth Building Check
Match on their personally sponsored
Distributors down through seven levels in depth. Our
cutting edge system is designed to benefit you
so that even when someone you personally sponsored
falls many levels deep in your binary organizational
chart, they are still connected to you and are
considered as your 1st level with regards to your
Wealth Building Check Match organizational chart.
After all the different types of commissions are
calculated, any remaining commissions, up to the 50%
Maximum company payout, is allocated to the Wealth
Building Check Match.
Total of 7 levels deep ... and UNLIMITED WIDTH for
greater Wealth !!!
Commissions from a Wealth Building Match cannot exceed the CV from
your lesser volume leg named "power leg".
7. LUXURY CAR PROGRAM
Fuel Legacy offers the best and
most flexible Luxury Car bonus
in the industry. Drive a luxury
car on us once you attain the
"active" Gold Leadership level.
You can receive 10% of your Team
Royalty Commission for a Luxury
Car from $250 up to a maximum of
$2,500 per month depending on
your active Leadership Rank.

IMPORTANT:
All amounts listed above are "up to" an
expressed possible bonus because they are based
on 10% of the Distributor's Team Royalty Bonus
for the current month. If the Distributor is not
a Diamond, then the automobile must be 5 years
or newer. If the distributor is a qualified
Diamond or higher then the automobile must be 3
years or newer before any Luxury Car Bonus can
be paid.
No Luxury Car Bonuses will be "banked" nor paid
retroactively. Qualification is based on a
Distributor's 'paid as" status during the
current calendar month that the distributor has
qualified for the Luxury Car Bonus. Luxury Car
Bonuses qualifications are reviewed and
validated on a calendar month to calendar month
basis.
Each qualified
"paid as" Gold or higher must submit via email
or fax and mail a copy of their "automobile
title" to Fuel Legacy "Attention Please:
Customer Care" ... CAR BONUS QUALIFIED. The
automobile title needs to be in their name,
their spouses name, or the company's name. The
automobile can be owned or leased.
8. TRAINING / TRAVEL BENEFIT
Special
training programs are designed as a Distributor
advances in leadership status. As the Distributor
advances in the levels of leadership status, the
company will recognize the Distributor’s leadership
status and pay for part or all of the distributors’
expense to attend (travel, hotel stay, food, etc.)
special leadership status training(s).
